Today, you continued working on your "The Life You Save May Be Your Own" PowerPoint project. Think about the creation process. Which part of creating your presentation has required the most thought or creativity? What choices have you made with your information, images, or slide design to help communicate your understanding of the story? Explain.

The part that required the most thought was choosing which details about the character were most important to include. I had to think about the character’s actions, personality, and how those details connect to the story. I also chose images and a simple slide design that matched the character and made the information easy to understand. These choices helped me explain my ideas clearly instead of just putting a lot of text on each slide.

Today in class we worked on the powerpoint the whole class.

In “Her Sweet Weight on My Heart a Night” by Emily Dickinson, the speaker describes the emotional weight another person can have on us. Think about someone who has left a lasting impact on your life. In what ways do you still carry that person with you?

Imagine someone could learn about you only by looking through your trash can. What three items might they find in your trash today, and what would each item reveal about your personality, habits, interests, or life right now?

What is the most creative thing you have ever made? Share what it was and explain why it stands out as your best work.
